- Refund Policy (for Goods)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Refund Policy (for Services)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. Notification must be made to SE Technology within 30 days following your purchase
- You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase for monthly products.
- After 30 days, you may request an in-store credit for any unused time remaining on your annual plan. Unused time will be prorated based on the date of purchase.
- In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund for the same product.
- A product must be cancelled before we can issue a refund.
- All refund requests must include the reason you are asking for a refund and whether you want an In-store Credit.
- Service refunds do not apply to Web Development, Application Development, Web Marketing or any service governed by an independent contract
- Changes To This Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is effective as of Tuesday, October, 4th, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
